Hi Paul, I would say so. Have you used any of the following commands?
SET DATABASE PARAMETER(4D Remote Mode Timeout;2) // 2 minutes
SET DATABASE PARAMETER(Idle Connections Timeout;30) // 30 seconds ` default for v12 is 20 seconds
Does the computer sit for awhile between uses? If there is hardware on the network that has a timeout lower than 4D Remote then you will have issues.
