4D v6.5 offers enhanced communication between a client and any other client or server. It is now possible to send a message, update a variable or perform an action on a client with just one command. This technical note examines four new v6.5 commands, providing several examples and helpful hints related to this new set of features. Also included is an example database of an inter-client messaging system that can be easily incorporated into your database with little effort.
