This technical note will describe the implementation of 4D for Oracle in the Enterprise Data Module (EDM), the core Module of the DataGrid application. As you recall from the earlier technical notes in this series, EDM is implemented using two conceptual layers: the high-level, and the low-level. The high-level was discussed in technical note #3 of this series. This technical note will discuss one of the lower levels: the 4D for Oracle level. However, since the focus is squarely on 4D Oracle, much of this technical note can be of use to people who are not familiar with DataGrid and EDM.
