If you have objects on page 0 that are not appearing on the other pages of he form, it could be that you do not have Page 0 selected in the display options. On page 1 of the form select the DISPLAY option from the FORM menu. The Display option will provide more options. Select the Page 0 option to allow all objects on page zero to display throughout all pages of the form.
