Pop-up menus and Drop-down lists in version 6.0 did not run their object method unless an item was actually selected by the user. This was changed in version 6.5. Thus, the object method runs even if the user just "browses" the menu without selecting an item. This Tech Note shows how to emulate the version 6.0 behaviour in versions 6.5 and above.
