In 4D version 6.7.x, some pictures and backgrounds used by the Form Wizard are stored in a file called "FormWiz". Hence, if this file is missing, pictures and/or backgrounds that come from this file will no longer show up. The FormWiz file is located in the "4D Extensions" folder which resides at the 4D application folder level. If this file has been moved or deleted, it is possible to replace the file by downloading 4D again from our Web site and extracting from the download the "4D Extensions" folder.
