Occasionally when going to the User environment, the only window showing is the List of Tables. The user window, for whatever reason, is hidden off screen and unavailable. To get this window to show itself, click on "User" under the "Use" menu while in the User environment, and the window will pop into the upper left part of the screen. Choose a table from the List of Tables, and the default output form will appear in the user window.
