Tech Tip: Easily viewing the current Form Event in the Debugger
PRODUCT: 4D | VERSION: 6.5 | PLATFORM: Mac & Win
Published On: September 28, 2001
When using the 4D Debugger to work with forms, you will want to know what the current Form Event is. If you type the literal "Form Event" into the debugger expression panel, 4D will display the numeric code for the current event. However, if you instead locate the Form Event entry under the "Information" section of the Watch Pane you will see the name of the current Form Event instead of its numeric code. You can drag and drop this Form Event display from the Watch Pane into the Custom Watch Pane for convenience.
