4D's Web server can be started in three different ways:

You can start 4D's Web server by selecting "Start Web Server" from the Web server menu. On 4D Server that menu is located in the 4D Server's menu bar; on 4D, that menu can be found in the User Environment.
You can start the Web server automatically, by selecting the option "Publish Database at Startup" which is located in the page Web Server I of the Database Properties. When this option is selected, the Web server is activated when the database is launched.
-You can programmatically start the Web server by using the Start Web Server Command.
