Tech Tip: Missing pictures in 4D Business Kit

On Windows, if you find that pictures are not showing up in 4D BK, verify that you have QuickTime installed. 4D BK uses Apple QuickTime routines to implement picture conversion and compression. Without QuickTime installed, 4D BK will not be able to display certain picture formats that require QuickTime.
