If you find that you cannot trace a Web process, verify that the Generic Web user has the ability to access the structure. You can verify or set the Generic Web user in the Database properties under the last tab. When verifying, make sure this Generic Web User is part of the structure access group that is defined in the Database properties under the second tab (4D Client/4D StandAlone Only)
