If you get Error #1 - The BLOB cannot be created when using the command GENERATE ENCRYPTION KEYPAIR, you need to use the 4DSLI.DLL file. You can get this file from: https://www.4d.com/downloads/ssl.html

The file needs to be placed in the 4D Extensions folder. The 4D Extensions folder needs to be next to the 4D executable.

With v6.8.x on the Macintosh, the 4D Extensions folder is located inside the 4D Package. You need to do a CONTROL+CLICK on 4D to get a shortcut menu. Select SHOW PACKAGE. You can now navigate to the 4D Extensions folder. Contents:MacOS:4D Extensions
