Tech Tip: Entering the license for 4D Compiler in Classic mode
PRODUCT: 4D | VERSION: 6.8 | PLATFORM: Mac OS X
Published On: January 10, 2003
When you use a Developer Edition of 4D or 4D Server and want to compile under the Classic environment, you need to install your Developer Edition license for your Mac OS 9 system. You can do so by simply rebooting under OS 9 and entering your license through 4D or 4D Server. Otherwise, 4D Compiler will display a serialization dialog in the Classic environment, which will not accept the Developer Edition serial number.
