One of my clients has staff in Texas that uses 4D Client to access his database running on a 4D Server located in California. This connection method has been working great for about two years, but my client has become concerned that an employee (or ex-employee) could access the database using 4D Client from anywhere on the Internet and he would not know it or be able to limit access to the server.
