By default, you can only see "All tables and fields, Forms, Methods and Commands by themes" in the lists at bottom of the method editor. To display the plug-in commands, right-click on any of the the title bars and select either, "All plug-in commands or Commands for the plug-in."

If you do not own a two button mouse on the MAC, you can use CTRL+Click.
