Tech Tip: The PRINT SETTINGS command and printing from plug-ins

When printing from one of 4D's plug-ins (a 4D Write area for example), do not use the PRINT SETTINGS command. The print settings command applies to the printing of a 4D form and will not affect the printing of a plug-in area. To set the print settings for a plug-in area, you will have set them manually from the area or invoke them programmatically through the plug-in's language.

In the case of Super Reports v2.8 they tell you to call the 4D Print Settings command prior to calling their plugin print settings call.
