There is a command - AP Toolbar installed - in 4D Pack that will let the developer know if his or her custom toolbar is displayed. The command will return a 1 if the toolbar is installed; otherwise, it returns 0. If you want to assure the toolbar is always displayed, use this command and based on the result, call the appropriate action.
