PRODUCT: 4D | VERSION: 2003 | PLATFORM: Mac & Win
Published On: August 26, 2004
Compatible with 2003
In 4D 2003, you can set a preference to dynamically retrieve the latest online documentation. You can find information on how to set this up by referring to the tech tip Access to HTML documentation in the Explorer (Case 29295).
With that said, you can use the F1 keystroke to automatically open your default Web browser and open documentation for a highlighted command. Be sure to set your Documentation preference to Web site. Then the next time you are stuck using a command, simply highlight it and press F1. Happy Coding!
