With the new 4D 2004, you can now modify the TCP/IP port number used by the Web server for secured HTTP connections over SSL. The standard HTTPS port number is 443.

The HTTPS port number can now be changed in the "Configuration" under the "Web" preferences. From the Design environment, select Preferences. Under the "Web" option select "Configuration". You change the HTTPS port number here.
