If activation of your 4D product is properly carried out, the serialization file of the application is placed in a Licenses folder. All the other 4D products activated and Expansion products will have their serialization file located in this folder also.

You can directly access this folder in the “Help | Update License” and “About 4D” dialog boxes. There is a “Licenses Folder” button that you can click that will open the License folder in another window. You can then verify the serial and expansion files entered on the system.
