To set the display option of the buffer flush window, open the Database Preferences and go to the Database's Data Management setting. Under Database Cache Settings, you'll find a check box called "Display flush window". This setting is checked by default. You can uncheck this check box if you want to hide the flush window while the cache buffer is being flushed.
