This tech note addresses changes and new additions in the GDIPlus plug-in, version 1.1

• The GDIPlus plug-in now uses the new 4D 2004 Plug-In Architecture but remains compatible with 4D 2003
• A stub for Mac OS X was created.
• Scrollbar support in plug-in area
• Mouse Wheel support in both the plug-in areas and external windows has been added
• The command Get Picture as blob was added
• Much faster redraw for very large pictures
• Bug fixes - Some issues of bad redraw or scrollbar calculation
