In previous versions, users could delete subrecords in a subform by using the Delete key or the backspace key. However in the new 4D 2004.1, 4D has added an option in the sub-form property list called Allow Deletion under the Subform theme. When this option is not checked, the user can no longer delete subrecords using the deletion keys from the keyboard.
