The Print Variable Frame property of an object does not work when the Print Form command is used. The said command simply print forms with the current values of fields and variables and does not do any record processing, break processing or page breaks. It only prints fields and variables in fixed frame size. To print a form containing objects with Print Variable Frame property, use the Print Record or Print Selection (if possible) command instead.
