From Design mode, open the Tool Box and select the Menus topic. Select a menu bar. When creating a menu item, append a /? to the menu item name where the ? is replaced with a letter. For example, a menu item is named "MyMethod". If the menu item is named "MyMethod/G", the menu item will have a G assigned as a shortcut.
