When creating forms using the Advanced Form Wizard, it is possible to save your settings.
After specifying all the properties of the new form, click OK on any page to create the new form. A dialog box appears and asks, "Do you want to create a new form template based on the current settings?" Select the Yes radio button and enter a name in the Template Name area.
To create the new form, click either Use to switch to the User environment to test the form, or Edit to open the new form in the Form editor.
The new template's name will be added to the Form template drop-down list on the Basic screen of the Form Wizard. You can use the template to create additional forms with your custom settings.
