The Label Editor is only accessible under the following conditions:

1) The selected table is not set as "invisible" in the structure.
2) At least one field is not set to "invisible."
3) The record selection is greater than zero when selecting the User Mode Menu Item "Labels"
4) The command PRINT LABEL is used where the document path parameter is invalid, such as "Char(1)"
