Tech Tip: How do I check on my server if records are locked?
PRODUCT: 4D | VERSION: 2004 | PLATFORM: Mac & Win
Published On: November 20, 2005

In a client server environment, 4D server allows to see which records are locked. This is very helpful in trying to trouble shoot locked records. On the 4D Server application, select the Process menu. In that menu, select "Show Runtime Explorer" item. A window is brought to focus and the "Watch" tab is the current tab in display. Within this tab, expand the Tables & Fields item. A list should show the current locked record for each table.

And for some reason, the Tables are back in my Runtime Explorer now. Never mind!

Does this still work in v11? I'm looking at my server (merged client) and don't see the item for viewing Tables & Fields in the listing like I do when I invoke the Runtime Explorer on the client.
