4D Engine, as it was in the previous version in 4D, becomes 4D Runtime Volume License in 4D 2004. Just like 4D Engine, the 4D Runtime Volume folder needs to be selected in the Build Application dialog to be able to build a stand alone double-clickable application which can be a Pro, Sponsored, or Light application.
