The Help menu contains the "About 4th Dimension" option that will allow you to display various information including your database table information.

You can get this information by clicking the "Database" tab of the About dialog. A "Table Information" section is available (as shown below) that lists the table numbers, table names, and number of records for each table.

Under Windows, the "About 4th Dimension" option is in the Help menu and under MacOS, this command is found in the Application menu.
