4D 2004.4 Client/Server Build now gives the option to force the connection dialog box to display when the user launches a built client. With previous versions of 4th Dimension 2004 this was not possible because the connection to the server was carried out directly according to the parameters set when the application was built. To force the display, hold down the Option (Mac OS) or Alt (Windows) key when launching the client application. Below is screenshot of what is displayed.
