Normally when you double-click on a picture in 4D Write the "Picture Properties..." dialog opens. However, if the picture has been inserted "behind" the text, double-clicking the picture does not allow the "Picture Properties..." dialog to display. In this situation, you must hold down the CTRL (Windows) or Command (Mac OS) key and double-click the picture in order to display its properties.
