With 4D Write v6.5, the WR Area to Picture command has been enhanced so that it can now replace the functionality previously handled by two separate 4D Write v6 commands: "WR Area to Picture" and "WR Save to picture." In addition to taking the 4D Write area ID as its first parameter, as it did before, there is a second parameter that lets you toggle the display of the save changes dialog on or off, and a third parameter that lets you choose whether or not a picture preview will be created.

For the sake of compatibility, the 4D Write v6 command "WR Save to picture" is maintained in 4D Write v6.5, but in your code it appears with an altered name: "WR O Save to picture." The "O" in the name indicates that this is an obsolete command.
