On Windows NT/95/98, 4D Preferences are located in the 4D folder in the 'active' windows folder. However, NT Terminal Server requires a slightly different architecture. For Windows NT Terminal Server, one needs to store the 4D folder in the User's folder within the Profiles folder. If this model is not followed, unexpected results may occur. For example, the 4D application may not recognize all of the proper licenses or perhaps not access the network components.
