To quickly delete a large slection of records in Version 6.5, simply follow these steps:

1. In the Structure editor, uncheck the 'Delete permanently' check box for a table

2. Uncheck the 'On Load' and 'On Delete' events in the trigger properties, for that table

3. Remove all indexes for that table by using the SET INDEX command

4. Use the ALL RECORDS and DELETE SELECTION commands to remove these records
