There has been some confusion between 4D Server Standard Edition and 4D Server Application. If you have purchased 4D Server Application, and try to serve an interpreted structure file, you will notice that it cannot be done. 4D Server Application will only serve compiled structure files. If you wish to serve interpreted structure file(s), you will have to use 4D Server Standard. If you wish to serve compiled structure file(s), you can use either 4D Server Standard or 4D Server Application. If you plan on serving both interpreted and/or compiled structure file(s), you will have to use 4D Server Standard.

Remember: 4D Server and 4D Server Application are different products. 4D Server Application will ONLY serve compiled structures.
