Draw a rectangle on your form. In the Object Properties of the rectangle, set the Fill Pattern to "None," set the Line Pattern to "None," and set the Border Line Style to "Sunken." Then Copy and Paste to make a duplicate of this rectangle. Make the new rectangle's width two pixels narrower and its height two pixels shorter than the first one. Set its Border Line Style to "Raised." Position it directly on top of the sunken rectangle, and use the alignment tools to center the two objects horizontally and vertically.
