4D Reports created in 4D 2004.5 are greyed out when you try to open them under Quick Report in 4D 2004.6. This would lead us to think that Reports are incompatible between the versions but that statement is false. To open the 2004.5 4D Report in 2004.6:

1) Open the Quick Report editor
2) Go to the Quick Report menu File -> Open
3) In the dialog box there is an Enable field. It is defaulted to '4D Report'. Select '4D Report (compatibility)'.

The 2004.5 4D Report file will no longer be greyed out. It is now selectable.
