Filenames for the Windows platform should only have one period before the extension. You can rename the files to something like "Internet.4DX" and "Internet.RSR." Otherwise, when you start 4D Client you'll get the "Resource cache file cannot be created" error.

If you have a cross-platform system with both Windows and Macintosh clients, you should make sure that the plug-ins in both the Win4DX and Mac4DX folders in your database folder have the same names. This can help prevent error -9939.
