If you aren't using them already, you should read up on Style Sheets in 4D V6 and V6.5.

If you take full advantage of style sheets in designing your applications, you get numerous benefits, including:

• easy cross-platform deployment;
  
• rapid changes to the fonts, styles and such throughout your application;
  
• rapid application of different looks to different types of objects (no more going to the font menu, then the size menu, then the style menu...)
  
• an easy-to-refer-to list of all the fonts used in your application.
  

So read the Design Manual's discussion of Style Sheets, and make your development a little bit easier.
