When using the COPY DOCUMENT command it is possible to pass the * parameter in order to indicate that this command should overwrite the destination file, if it exists.

Please note however that it is not possible to overwrite the destination file if it is hidden/invisible. In this case the COPY DOCUMENT command will fail with error code -43, "File not found.".
