Tech Tip: Manually moving windows in Windows

When working with 4D in a Microsoft Windows environment, it is not uncommon to open a 4D window and find that it is displayed with its title bar hidden. When this happens, it useful to know how to move the window so that title bar can be seen. This tech tip provides a key / mouse button combination that allows the user to move a window.

While the mouse cursor is over the window:

1) Hold down control key
2) Click on the left mouse button
3) Click on the right mouse button
4) Drag the window to the desired location

Note: It is important to do these steps in the order presented.
