In 4D v11 SQL all 4D resources (methods, lists, forms, etc.) are stored in a 4D table. Therefore, the maximum number of resources is the same as the maximum number of rows: 1,000,000,000.

So you could have, for example, 500,000,000 methods, 400,000,000 forms, and 100,000,000 lists.
