If you receive an error message stating the product registration code is incorrect, make sure you typed it exactly as it is displayed on your invoice.

For example, a Product ID typed as:

4DDP0I3...

Is not the same as entering it as:

4ddp0l3...

Note the upper-case 'i' in the first example while there is a lower-case 'L' in the second. In general, it is best to enter the Product ID exactly as it appears.
