Tech Tip: How to make Fields searchable in a Data Grid

The Data Grid has a Search Bar that allows end users to perform searches on the current selection. The administrator of the database determines which fields are searchable.
As an administrator, to make a field searchable:
- Go to Control Panel -> Access Control tab.
- Choose the Selection (Table, DCS, or View).
- For each field below toggle the 'S' check box. This check box means that field is searchable
