If your 4D v11 SQL Release 1 merged application keeps closing upon launch, you may have forgotten to include a Deployment License from the Build Application dialog. Check the "Licenses" folder next to the executable (located inside the package on Mac OS X) and verify there is a license file (it will be an HTML file). If there is no license then you will need to re-merge the application and make certain to choose a Deployment License from the License tab of the Build Application dialog.
