4D v11.2 has a new Welcome Wizard. It appears the first time you launch a 4D application, as shown here:



It can guide new 4D users through the process of creating a new application, connecting to a server or opening a local application. In addition, it offers license options to activate an application with a license, purchase a new license or get a free 30-day evaluation of the program. Each option has an INFO button with more details, as shown here:



The Welcome Wizard will appear at each startup. If you don't want to have it appear, simply click on the Do not show this at 4D launch check box. To display it again, select Welcome Wizard from the Help menu.
