Tech Tip: Drag and Drop picture resources

Starting in 4D v11 SQL Release 2 (11.2), picture resources can be added to forms by drag-and-drop from the Resources tab of the Tool Box.
From the Resources tab, simply drag a picture onto the open form and the picture reference will be inserted into the form.
Note - When dropped on a form, the images will retain their size. They can later be resized though.

The object type in the Property List will be "Static Picture". This object type can not be found in the Object palette of the form editor.

You can also add pictures to forms by drag-and-drop the picture file directly into the form. Note that by doing that, the picture will not be added to the database Resources folder.
