You can download an installer for 4D at the 4D v11 SQL product website. The default installer is a smaller download which then connects to the internet while installing 4D to download the complete version of the software. If you are installing 4D on a machine that does not have an internet connection this installer will fail.

Alternate installers are also available and there is a link on the downloads page that leads to them. These installer files are larger but do not require internet connectivity when running. You can download them then save them and move them to a machine that does not have internet connectivity to install 4D.
