Versions of 4D v11 SQL previous to 11.4 allowed you to set the Internal storage max size for BLOB and Picture fileds.
In 4D v11 SQL, BLOB and Picture fields are always stored outside of records. Therefore, this option no longer exists in the Inspector for BLOB and Picture fields.

In 4D v11 SQL Release 4 "Internal storage max size" option is available only for "Text" fields.
